How we protect data
Senior Place runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only the people who need it to do their jobs can reach it. Backups live with a separate cloud provider, so a problem with our main infrastructure cannot take them down too.

Found a security issue?
Tell us. Email security@seniorplace.com with what you found and how to reproduce it, and a person will read it.
We will not take legal action over research done in good faith. That means you test only accounts you own, you do not access or keep anyone else's data, you do not disrupt the service, and you give us reasonable time to fix the problem before you talk about it publicly.
